Vistelar Content License Program Overview

This Vistelar Content License Program grants Tucson Medical Center the right to use the Vistelar licensed property within a defined territory to train staff, develop instructors, customize courseware, and create online programs for the duration of the license.

This program eliminates these restrictions of the traditional packaged-curriculum approach to the purchase of training services:

• Training cannot deviate from the defined lesson plan
• Trainers can only be developed by the training vendor
• Vendor-supplied courseware cannot be modified and must be purchased for each student
• Organization cannot incorporate its own content into the training program
• Training content cannot be incorporated into other training modalities (e.g., online courses, virtual classes of different lengths) by the organization
• Trainers must be periodically recertified by the training vendor

As a result, the Vistelar Content License Program offers the following benefits:

• Implementation Flexibility — white-labeled content (accessible via this secure online portal) can be used to best meet the needs of Tucson Medical Center’s team, clients, and environments. TMC can modify the training and create courseware to precisely align with your mission, values, policies & procedures, brand, historical practices, and budget — as long as the content’s fidelity isn’t compromised.
• Significant Cost Savings — no need to purchase workbooks, online programming, or instructor recertification. Instead, you can print your own training materials, create your own online courses, and develop your own instructors.
• Maximum Impact — for the benefits of our conflict management training to be fully realized, our training must create permanent changes in employee behavior. Unless workers actually apply the principles and tactics of the Unified Conflict Management System, conflict won’t be prevented, and when it does occur, it won’t be well managed — and the expected benefits are less likely to occur. The Content License Program is designed to maximize the impact of Tucson Medical Center working with Vistelar.

The goal of the Vistelar Content License Program is to enable you to provide staff training using whatever approach is best suited for your organization (e.g., workshops, online courses, printed materials, posters).

Now that you have access to this licensed content via this portal, our continued goal is to work with you to ensure this content has a lasting impact on your organization.

NOTE: To ensure our content’s fidelity isn’t compromised, if you modify the licensed content to create derivative works (“licensed products”), you must submit to us two samples for approval (for more specifics about this requirement, see the Notices, Quality Control, and Samples section of your Vistelar Content License Agreement).
